Extract the files in the 2.01.1_EN.rar version and run through JoiPlay (select index.html as the executable file). All translation and decensor files are pre applied.
I personally recommend to use Joiplay, since you are able to play with variables and is easier to mod. However, if you have problems with Joiplay, simply install the apk version.

How to cheat manipulating variables in JoiPlay:
During gameplay:
- Open the dropdown menu.
- Touch the last buttom to the right.
- The cheat menu will open in "God Mode" tab.
- Close the drop down menu so you can interact with the topmost buttons in the cheat menu ( <-[2] and [3]-> ) .
- Change the tab to "Variables". From now on you don't need to close the dropdown menu to interact with the cheat menu, since JoiPlay remembers the tab position.
- Locate the variable (more information on this list) and change the numbers as you please.
- The variables change as soon as you manipulate the numbers, but it may take an "in-game update" for it to reflect in the UI (talking with your Imouto, for example).
The variables list contain all variables from the game, apart from the ones translated for easy of use, so you might experience some unexpected behaviours if you mess with the wrong variable. Keep your playthrough safe by saving your game beforehand.
