You can get those items by just buying a bunch of diamonds or Star Sources (the red gems you purchase using coupons), and then making a ton of summons, since summoning specific rarities of characters gives you currency to spend on those items in the respective shop (near the bottom of the shop tabs)

Did you authorize your account using the GM activation CD Key and the panel down below, then use the same password you used to activate your account in that panel in the panel?
