Floating window seems way too aggressive. The phone becomes unusable. Can't even type on a keyboard to change names or input credit limits on traders. I thought it was a problem with my virtual keyboard, but I couldn't even tap on phone settings while the app was active.

Just find another version that says "unlocked". Everything this "mod menu" offers is just unlock the "player menu" DLC.
