For the last update at v.4.19.0 you don't need to wait the new PTM version. It isn't a big update, only bugs fix.
Update in this way:
Open Sildeloadly, click on "Advanced Options", mark "change app version" and write "4.19.0", now click start and wait the upload.
Open the app and automatically it will download all the necessary.
