* Bypassed the Weather force usage of Internet & GPS

(Set up the weather widget once, then you can disable Location in general settings, weather will be using internet only then, wich saves resources & battery life)

* Fixed some text in weather app (both english & german versions)

* Fixed various Translations (German version)
