For Android 11 parsing error, you need to use APK Editor, select APK from file then Common Edit, change the target number to 28 and save then install.

Select File From APK, then select 'jackpot-slot-machines-slots-era-vegas-casino_1.74.1_mod_signed.apk' a pop up should appear, at the bottom is Target SDK Version showing 30, change that to 28, tap Save, a screen showing Working will appear, wait for that to complete then select Install.
