@Engga I hope this way can help you:
1. Uninstall both the game and VPN
2. Install them back but this time only open the game without turn on VPN
3. When you open the game, it will ask you to download an update of about 22 MB so just click to update it. If the download process freezes or shows an error, just close and reopen the game again
4. Once the download is complete and you get to the login screen, click on the start button to see if you get an error saying you cant connect to the server. If so, close the game then start the VPN and follow the steps in the video
