i couldn't get it to work. the message "Download failed because the resources could not be found" was the only thing that kept popping up. yes i did put the gyakusai4en file in the obb folder correctly. it just will not work. i renamed the folders and the obb file itself and tried again as well, but no luck. any help would be appreciated.
 
nevermind, i got it to work!! i was just being a dumbass! for anyone facing the same issue as me, i mistakenly put the jp.gyakusai4en file in the obb folder that was in the SD card, instead of putting it in the internal storage. so it should look like this after you put the obb in the correct folder:
Internal Storage > Android > obb > jp.co.capcom.gyakusaien4
