Last Asylum is fully server-sided, meaning the game server is watching every single resource you collect, tracking your fights, premium currency, and so on, including IAP. The game checks the time required for building things by communicating to server, not your phone, so there is literally 0 chance for any mods for this game UNLESS... someone manages to get their hands on the server files and sets up a private server, and that's rather doubtful.
