For the screws, you have to not use free split. You have to collect it from the motel without mod enabled. And no, the mod does not work for PvP content, i.e. crater.

Even I am currently waiting for motel reset to complete the settlement quest. I don't really know if it'll work or not. But yeah, using free split mod on screws will never work, this I guarantee.

This update thingie just give me an idea. Reinstall to original game then restore it, they deleted the settlement quest back to safe and warm mission.
Apparently my inbox disappear too, and changed to VIP button. This is a penalty I guess

I'm currently using another site's mod at the moment and it's fire. I'm not encouraging you to do so too but yeah, let's hope we clear out this settlement mission without our mods enabled because there's no way on earth we can clear it with free split/magic split mod enabled.
