It does comsume Energy but you have to use "Walk" instead of "Run" to get instantly to your location.

I'm stuck in "Settlement" Chapter that ask to build the barrack, I've obtain the screw, but it stuck and the game ask to restart to continue the progress
Have you stuck here too?

Like me before.. Because i use split on the screw.. Its doesnt work if u use that way..
So i resolve it by waiting 24 hour in the motel to refresh it .. Then i search screw again in motel. By this way i can fullfill the barrack progress.
But now i,m stuck at warehouse progress
I can,t place first build that should be
No mater what.. I cant place it .
I dont know what to do again . It got me frustrated

Ahh I see. Thanks for the advice. I'll try to fill it without using mod

You need to disable the mod.

Before do that, better you store your equiped items first. Because, once you disable it, the durability of the items will decrease to 0 and can broke the items. I suggest you naked and bring only the required items in your bag then relog and disable the mod while in loading screen.

Yeah, the items don’t save/sync properly after Splitting them at and after the Story Area. The Game then thinks you still only have the items you collected "for real" and always resets it whenever you re-enter the Game.
You can try to fill it by waiting and collecting those less things the Game gives you... but at this Point I believe it'll be way faster to just wait until GNaFF has fixed it, since you need to Upgrade that sh*t in Order to process - and I'm not going to collect 40 Screws "fair" when you only get 6 every 1½ days.
And hopefully he'd add the infinite Gold and Rations :D which would make things better and speed up soooo much (= to Skip every stupid Side-Quest where you have to Cook/Craft something or finish "Trades", where the Trader only comes every 2-4 days...).
Having the Hacks Work for the second Character would also be very epic, since you can interact with other players there and maybe be able to give them free/infinite stuff.
