You can't. Settlement items are protected. If you duplicate it, It'll be reversed upon restarting the game. And, your account will be corrupted.

That explains why the barracks wouldn't be finalized. I don't know any signs of my account being corrupted though, can you please explain some?

Mods only work for Wasteland/ first character. It won't work anywhere else including the settlement.

Free split doesn't work on the screws, or any other settlement item. If you split them and then get back on, the split ones disappear, you have to get them legitimately.

Thank you for the mod. All working just not applicable on other home.

Split does not save for items earned from other home. It returns to original value.
