Turn off free craft and you can do it

Can't build barracks.
Kept filling it up with screws but it doesn't want to build. And the 100+ nails from storage also disappear. Seems to be a bug related to settlement. Affecting gaming experience. Kindly look into it

But in settlerment never is free, cant slip wires or others, detec eith error of synchronization. You restard and slipt items are erased.
