I can't update the app, it won't install on my version. How can I do this without losing my save? I have a version of a previous mod. I'm currently stuck on version "-v1.36.0-mod-platinmods.apk".

You need to connect your device to a PC, copy the game folder to a new one.
Then install the new version and replace the cache and files folder of the new version with the one you saved earlier. At least thats what I always do
