What does it speed up and how do I use it?

accelerates timers/building/idle rewards/etc also speeds up troop marches for easy grinding, as a lot of this game is server sided this is the only way to "cheat" in this game without it breaking, high speeds x3 < can start glitching things like animations, crashes, or desyncs in the game. Basically it makes grinding easier as it makes things run faster in the client sided game

I can't get it to speed up building? Just for marching to a from base and also I can make it run faster in the 3rd person view battle...but not in building the actual building still have to use speed up coins

server sided possibly, but as I don't play or have tried modding this game i wouldn't know precisely why building isn't speeding up
