ngl it's very bad mod for legend of mushroom

there is way more to do and that way of patching the index file is bad in mod menu

maybe just load the patched index.js directly inside mod menu after the game downloaded files

and for the features you can add:
- one hit
- no ads
- lamp speed
- global speed multiplier

and many more..

it's popular game

making a bad mod is just very bad release here..
