I got stuck in tutorial too, and i didn't use any mod, just playing the game normally. The reason i got stuck was i have no damage (0), then i try using 1000,3000 and 5000 damage multiplier, did some damage but not enough to kill the dragon.
Now i passed the tutorial and continued playing, what i did was, before login the game, set damage multiplier to 50000, kill the dragon with one skill, then u can pass the tutorial.
