how to use cheat ?

The joiplay cheat dosn't work, but you can go to the
game folder/data/effect/items and search the trait .json files and edit it with text editor, you can edit other files if you know what to do, but the trait ones is pretty easy to understand, there will be something like this:

"use_item_effect": [{
"attribute_name": "health",
"attribute_type": "Tmax",
"adjustor": "+",
"adjustment": 15

This way every time you spend a point in this trait you will get 15 health, so you can change to this:

"use_item_effect": [{
"attribute_name": "health",
"attribute_type": "Tmax",
"adjustor": "*",
"adjustment": 2

This way every point you spend will double your current health.

Every trait work like this at least for health, stamina and the amount of trait you will get per point spent, so if you want to boost your trait amount gains per level you can use mod to uncap the max level, you can also use the cheat framework mod but the cheat framework only have max lvl and 999 trait points so if you dont want to ruin your gameplay just edit the .json files to something more tame.
you can install mods the same way you do in pc.
