Well, i've found out that it also requires a pretty high version of Android. MeMu play use android 7.1 and that doesn't work with it. In Bluestacks 5 however you can set it to Samsung Galaxy S20 and i know that S20 use Android 10. I installed it on bluestacks 5 and now it does work. So probably at least Android 9 or better is required and 64 bit.
