This is an modded lucky patcher version, not a normal one and probably protected by some kind of protection to prevent leechers from stealing the features/ways how the person modded this game.
This doesn't need to be the case, but it pretty sure is.
GG78 is a pretty well known person on our site and surely won't share any infected files.
But as always, if you're not feeling safe when downloading anything, then just don't do it.
