If you mean the first boss, you can't. You need to lose to advance the story. Trust me, i already trying to beat first boss and when it dropped to 1hp, it nullifying all damage you dealt (in other word, invincible).
It's already obvious just from the name, isn't? But, there's only one thing that you need to do in order to answer your questions, and you already know it right?
Yes, i know there's a bug that force close the game (or white screen) if you "trying" the room. Sadly, Sen will not fix the problems atm because he's busy to keep up with port request, update, bugfix, sfw porting (yes, he does port sfw game too). If i have sufficient knowledge, i will fix it by myself or even porting my own game.
The best thing you can do is waiting for the bugfix that maybe released in tomorrow, or in the next year.
