I got the folder into android\data, and installed the APK. It just sits at the EA splash screen. Did I miss a step?

Extracted the zip and made sure it says "com..." and not "Masseffect" in Android/Data ?

Correct. I had installed the APK before reading the instructions, it gave me the "download data" message. I did it right, skipped the data message and just stayed on the EA splash.

Game doesnt work because A13 doesnt let me copy anything to Data folder, unlike the Obb one.
