I tried the teleport function from the GPS spoof app. As expected the game detected high speed travel. But the area didn't load, no monsters or items.
 
After using the fake GPS for a week, the map decided to no load

From what ive noticed is first you load your game and check the loaded biomes. Launch GPS joystick and return to your game, then you can move freely. BUT you can only roam on loaded biomes in your map. If you go to unloaded biomes, you will just get nothing
