Game is pretty locked down. Near impossible to mod from my research. I will note that you can access dev servers that have GM enabled, which is where there implemented mod menu lives. You have full access to everything in the menu's, and since its used as a test server i was able to gather leaked information on new future character releases. Have not tested in a while but its possible they have disabled outside access to them.
