Do you guys have any rankings for the most 18+ story based games (e.g. Chapters, Tabou etc) ? How many of them are moddable?

All text based games are moddable. Depends on what can be modded. For example. There are certain text based games you see that are released here on platin Tend to be modded with unlimted tickets or gems. Some of them are modded to an extent of a free choice and no gem decrease mod.
Any 18+ text base game is still moddable. Just depends on how. Including popular nutaku games which are primarily hentai games.

On a side note if you dont know how many are moddable just remember all off them are moddable
This is inherently wrong given the fact that there exist some server sided text based.
To expand upon this, some games will make content literally unavailable until you unlock it through a server side check.
Mostly though this is an issue for browser based games & multiplayer games, which have to be strict with how much data they send to the user.
Most other games can be modded in such a way to bypass these restrictions, though difficulty can vary.
