The mod is broken; when installing it says the package is invalid. It's not really a compatibility issue; rather, its XML files and others are corrupted, probably after an overly aggressive obfuscation attempt that ended up killing the app.
Besides the fact that the download link is broken, the secondary one is most likely the one experiencing these symptoms.
Please fix it :)
