You're only allowed to create a new request thread for a game when the mod from the Approved Modder or higher up (PMT Modder and so on) Is marked as "Outdated", "Not Working" or "Broken Link" AND is moved in one of the "Outdated" Sections.
You are NOT allowed to create a new request thread when the mod has an "AWAITING UPDATE" or "NEEDS FIXING" Prefix and/or isn't in the "Outdated" Sections.
You're also not allowed to create an request thread to ask for an update or to ask for more mod features. "
