Why does your account get bugged?
If you exceed the resource storage limit, your account will get bugged (in simple terms).

How can you avoid this?
This has already been explained by the owner:
  • Do not claim all VIP rewards at once.
  • VIP levels 1–15 can be claimed together safely.
  • Do not redeem VIP level 30 and then level 29 afterward.

Claiming high VIP levels together gives an excessive amount of resources, which can cause your account to bug. Please avoid this so the owner can focus on improving the game instead of fixing avoidable account issues.

To collect resources from VIP levels 15–30, claim only one VIP reward at a time. Do not claim multiple levels together. Use the resources first, then claim again when needed.
