Hello, this can happen occasionally. You just need to go to your profile and select "Get More Unlock" to switch from the guest account. We are currently looking into what is causing this, as it never happened before.

Follow the instructions before saying it doesn't work; it actually works just fine. There is simply a bug right now that occurs after a certain number of unlocks; just do what I wrote above: click to switch to the guest account, go back to your series, and click on the episode where you want to unlock content—it will unlock. I'm currently working on a fix for this issue. ^^

This works very well; if it gets stuck, simply click "Unlock Profile" to refresh the visitor account.
