Why did i get Malware notice when opening the link for sign apk?

bcs google have flagged it for ads who can download fake apks.It is sure there isn't any malware in apk uploaded here.

How can i download it. Even icognito cannot bypass the malware notice. Must use VPN? Or puffin browser or somethig like that? Sorry for my lack of knowledge
