It seems like it automatically checks every few minutes. I was trying to see if there's a fixed screen that triggers the message but I get the message on different screens/pop ups.

For me, it shows popup about 4 mins after game finishes loading and shows the first popup banner.

I think the higher stat is the problem

Actually mutant detected have been implemented since 1.8.0, but Deslokat's mod seems not detected as mod. The worse case is you can't even login into the game. The message will pop up right after you open the game
