I entered the website with my credentials but when I try to get the item I want it says "Character not found: mongo: no document in the result" how do I solve it... I'm with the Chinese version and I don't know how to write in Chinese to get the items I want
What a chinese? everything already english in panel,
character name = username
u login to panel with your username
input the username again in panel
and world set to 1.

I figured I may as well throw out what I know about this server, since the amount of difficulty I had could have been saved had I simply been informed more firmly, and I like my experience thus far enough in spite of it that I at least want to provide a solid review.
First and foremost, many users, myself included, struggled frequently with entering and playing the game due to various connection and disconnection errors. My best solutions are to have both APKs on hand and switch between them as necessary, since they use the same signature and as such overwrite each other when installed, try to reconnect multiple times, and also to take breaks if connection issues persist. (note: this doesn't seem to fix a persistent disconnect error I get after the battle on 3-8 and before the game writes off the battle as won, and even following these steps leaves me stuck)
When you log in, if you see a gray popup with a long URL with the word "Shipwar" roughly in the middle, that's more of a success message than an error message, meaning your session was connected and confirmed by the server.
Second, the translation. The English version was pretty clearly an afterthought, and as such the 70% translation ends up laughable at best (classic mistranslation), sometimes nonexistent, and completely incoherent at worst, including the in-game user panel (after you register and log in following the directions, tap the "Sub_yourloginhere" button and don't touch anything else, as 99% of the userpanel and overlay buttons cause the game to outright crash.)
And thirdly, the resources definitely need a bit of reading this thread to understand. The advertised unlimited summons are "technically" not unlimited, but the 29,997 mugs of rum/pulls for entering the codes listed in the thread are very hard to blow through, at least not at my pseudo-dolphin pace. And even if the daily bonus wall gives you 36,666 diamonds, some of the top-ups are difficult to tell yourself they're impossible to gain... That was me, until I did a bit of digging and searching for an item just called "Voucher" on the GM Tool, which surely enough credited value to the account balance with which to make top-ups such as the value bundles or, if you can spare the vouchers, the lifetime privilege containing more diamonds than you'll reasonably ever need. This little trick of getting Vouchers from the GM Tool also solves many players' concerns of not having a means to earn VIP, though I do have a suggestion I'll make at the end of this rant.
Speaking of the end of the rant, I'm basically already there. Arishat, I know you're busy bringing other game servers online with unlimited resources and sometimes GM Tools, but if you can spare the time to do more tweaks on this beauty, trying to solve the network desync issues many players are having at certain various but early points in the game would be a massive asset toward keeping players engaged with the game. And, secondly, though this is a more personal request, please add one or more redemption codes that contain a bunch of vouchers (ID 120006) to scratch players' itches for either leveling up VIP or making top-ups. The system already exists to accept and use vouchers, they just need to be introduced into the economy through a means that isn't dependent on a strict limit of 99 vouchers per stack and 10 stacks per day. Again, this second request is purely my personal preference after playing bits of many games with free top-ups.
This game has promise, but only if the seemingly sole dev comes back to this game to make regular bugfixes, as is necessary with all online services.
