I think its a bit safe if you don't make it high star, last time I did got banned is when I am playing max hero and pet from the token event.

Its hard to search for the fish event. But try counting the pity for the gold fish, every n/100 probabilty bait should give you 1 so just count and scan rescan it if it will work

imo don't do cheat on fishing event. too much data there that can flag your account. If you wanna test you can try scanning the number of baits you will cast. The 1 2 5 and change it to 20 or 30 once you have few baits on the last hour/minutes. You will insta catch 20 or 30 that way but diy own risk.

I forgot if it will make your bait number negative so doing it on last day with your last baits is better. Also higher numbers are much riskier
