Maybe the game is unstable. If you refer my video I certainly open the game second time and resume my progress after that.

I'd suggest to clear data then open the game, and each time you complete a quest try to close and reopen the game to find out which point made you stuck.

Ah the problem is on my side. just saw the compatibility. it says "it wont work for my device".
