No, Maybe kaido and Big mom with PvP points. But i think yamato and other characters are pay 2 win...
U cant get Roger or yamato on pool...
But its interesting upgrade all the characters and try some plan yo destroy the pay 2 win players.

Its a good server for me anyways

Thank you. Good server with updates here and there. Can be better but i guess with only a few devs and a small team working on it, its expected that updates will take awhile. But overall im having fun in the game.
