I have an issue with Storage Permissions
how can i granted storage permission in settings when permissions settings for Platinmods is grayed out??

if your device is using Android 13 and above where can't find permission in settings, then please use an App called "Storage Isolation" as a third party to Grant Storage Permissions and other permission

First, did you installed a VM? If no, you gotta install one first, if yes, proceed as below:
Enable Root on the VM
Go to the PM injector settings and grant root and storage permissions
Install the APK of the game that the mod provided and follow the instructions there.

It's working now

I downloaded Vphonegaga and enabled root but I don't know hoe to get into the PM injector settings.

Tap on the PM injector app and hold, then go to "app info", then in permission you allow the storage

try close the pm injector app then open again, and then try to attach the pid and start mod menu, if still not work then probably it's your framework issue
