The difference is that if you use those methods of support i can have access to your account, while here you're a ghost to us and we don't know who you are.

Did not called you Ghost in purpuse, just in a way that i don't know who you are? as well when opening a ticket on the website, you can attach screenshots? you don't need to come to a Public forum again because i don't know who you are are there is procesures to do to know to who belongs the account.

If i did offended you, i ask for apologies, but next time just follow the rules, if you have any issue open a support ticket and give all the evidence needed so we can fix your problem, regarding to the fix? yes it is already fixed, as soon as we got the ticket your issue was fixed.

Today I Upgrade my Groudon in to Primal Groudon. I fight at Arena, first loading it's error, it said error on effect. Then I try on normal battle, it's error too. Then I don't put Primal Groudon on my team, and everything back to Normal. So,, it's must be Error on Primal Groudon Effect. Please Fix it. Thanks
