This .apk file has so many detections that even google flags it as a virus themselfs and you can't download it anymore and even my windows defender says "no, thank you" which it almost never does for any type of .apk.
On top of that, as the reporter already mentioned, the file gets flagged by 14 security providers.
Removed and moved, you can post a new and clean server again. This has nothing to do with it beeing a private server whatsoever.
