I re install the game then. On the 1st day restart the phone.. Now it's working like magic thanks a lot..

I have the same issue. Maybe my device doesn't support it. But after I restarted my device, everything worked. But after exiting the game, I tried again, and it didn't work again. So every time I want to play this game, I have to restart my device.

On my S23 FE A16, I needed to restart it for it to work. After that, I tested it and it worked. It seems the problem was the disorganization of the files.
