Also i checked after your message. I got same thing, but mob hp is also a lot more down. Mob in level 141 had like 12m hp max? A lot lower then the 100+ they had before in level 140

so what exactly is the new feature of this mod?

What was changed? I noticed all HP bars look low, including my own so I'm not getting the damage boost from Love Bracers because the game thinks my HP is not full. I'm still not taking damage, but I don't have full HP or something.

I think so. So sad. How find another without mod hp. !!!

Yeh same here, all my dmg is super low since most of my item is +dmg at full hp :(
