Just use some apps such as translate on screen and it'll do the work

Don't know about your problem, maybe your phone is old, out of memory or outdated OS then that is why you can't open the game

you can use it, but i recomend you should max yours own level first then clear 1-12. so you can enjoy the gm tools perfectly
