For anyone wanting to fix it themselves on Sankaku Black v69 :

1. Decompile
2. Find "zzaro.smali"
3. Lines 44, 48, 50, 52. Remove the URLs (keep the quotes)
4. Recompile
5. Uninstall the old, install the one you just made

The app will still try to connect to a server, but since you removed the servers nothing happens. Easy fix
