I’ve figured out the cause. The author added a “speed” option. If it’s set to 1x, the game will stay at 1x even if you select 2x in-game. Thanks to the author for continuing to improve this mod.

Auto win bugged sometimes.

When you turn on the "auto win", and you see "phase start" on the bottom screen, then turn it off, until "objective complete" or whatever it is on the middle of the screen appear, then turn it on again, hope you get what i mean
