Of course it does. The problem is, it boosts your team and enemy's team at the same time.

This mod also has a drawback: In daily dungeons that require you to protect a building such as Gear Dungeon or Rune Dungeon, I suggest you turn your ATK mod to x1 if you don't want the attacking monsters to 1-shot your building.

If you want to get banned, be sure to turn the mod on in Arenas, Guild Raids and World Bosses. Do not make people doubt about your unnaturally high damage output comparing to BP. They will report to the dev and your account would be done for.

Actually, the 1.028 is a hotfix for the bug in game that prevents missions from ending properly. The dev say it is OPTIONAL, which means you don't need the mod to be updated to 1.028 to be playable. Keep playing at 1.027 if you don't encounter the bug I mentioned above.
