You really suck at the game, that you can't get a guaranteed skill. All you have to do is to get 6 Mythic weapons and you get Orr(the immortal sword) which is mandatory to unlock Rave. So 5 M1 for Orr and 1 M1 for the skill

How you get these you ask, well summon weapons until you either get it if you licky or until you reach pity 6, 7, 7.5, 8 etc lmao also buy equipment chests from guild
