Yeah , Kingslaya mentioned in the chat (you can check it from the home page) that since it's a mod app it may get checked as false flag but as long as a mod tester confirms it works (and also make sure it's this section shared by mods) them we are fine.

Reason: "Ran it through VirusTool, it said first 3 are! / 3 flags detected. Can a mod make sure this is safe and not a virus/malware".

The app has 4 detections in total according to VirusTotal and most of them are Pub/adware/riskware which is not classified as something "bad" but as something unwanted. And most of those security providers who detected something are the ones listed in the post about "false positive detections" from AndnixSH.
So if you don't trust it, don't download it, but I personally wouldn't be too afraid of this one. I'll add the VT link to the thread.
