Does the ban trigger if i use unlimited bullet in neural simulation room? I don't plan of using damage hack.

Been playing for 3 weeks now , is just the simulation room that i need to get by to achieve the reward.

yes in simulation room, if you cheat in the simulation room or anything related to rewards and rankings, you will be banned, because it can be seen from the investment history you used during the battle with the boss.
