For those having problems opening the game just go to the app permissions/other permissions and enable "Display pop-up window"
Or you could do it from the "Display over other apps" menu. Find the app select and enable the feature. It's a sure fix. If you still can't open it, either you didn't do it right or your phone doesn't support it.

As I noticed that you would be stuck forever if you modified dmg in 1-9 and 2-10, that makes me wonder, are there any other stages that are similar to those two, or are you sure these 2 are the only ones with the problem?
