So, before it worked for me, i had an spotify app realy old from 1 year or 2 already and i made a dumb thing i saw on my samsung that there is a spotify widget and i tried to use it and open spotify music with it and boom, my playlist and everyting was empty then i tried to install another spotify app, that was like a month ago, no spotify app worked for my account anymore, even when trying to login on official spotify it didnt show my playlists anymore and i was thinking i got banned but now i found this by luck and i installed it and it works, my old account with all my songs are working, great job!
