Oh, nevermind, I have black screen on original apk too. Not Android 13 issue prob, something with my phone

I just made it work. If your phone is slow, just close and open this app several times, and wait + don't click on the screen. It should now start.
It's a resource-eating game surprisingly, if ur phone is <4-5 years old, consider downloading bootlegs, they're good too.
